Ethics Commission promulgates new administrative rules
The Hawai‘i State Ethics Commission promulgated new administrative rules, effective November 28, 2020. As part of the rulemaking process, the Commission also issued an Impact Statement with commentary on some of the rules. Those documents are available here:
