Ethics Commission issues Advisory Opinion regarding University of Hawai’i Technology Transfer
State Ethics Commission published an Advisory Opinion on whether University of Hawai‘i (UH) employees may negotiate and enter into contracts with the UH on behalf of their private businesses under certain circumstances.
