The Commission maintains various types of ethics and lobbying-related disclosures that are required to be filed under the State Ethics Code and the Hawaiʻi Lobbyist Law. The types of records that are publicly available include:

    • Public Financial Disclosures (for Legislators, the Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Office of Hawaiian Affairs trustees, and other high-level government officials)
