Lodge a complaint alleging fraud, waste, or abuse
If you would like to lodge a complaint alleging that there is fraud, waste, or abuse involving a government agency or government employees, please complete the form below. Only the first three fields are required; the rest are optional but will help us (the Ethics Commission and the Department of the Attorney General) conduct an investigation.
