How to Use Lobbyist’s Registration and Expenditures Forms
These forms can be completed by hand, on your computer, or on-line. BY HAND: (1) Print out a blank form from your computer; (2) fill in the blanks of the form by hand or by typewriter; and (3) sign and date the form. ON YOUR COMPUTER: (1) Fill in the blanks of the form on your computer; (2) print out the completed form; and (3) sign and date the form. ON-LINE: (1) Fill in the blanks of the form on your computer; (2) print name, date the form, and check the “Certification” box; (3) Use the “Submit Form” button on the form or Attach the PDF to an E-Mail (see Electronic instructions). ELECTRONIC FILING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR THE LOBBYIST’S REGISTRATION FORM, SO YOU MUST FILE A HARD COPY OF YOUR COMPLETED FORM WITH OUR OFFICE.
