The Hawaii State Ethics Commission will be offering ethics training classes in 2019 for state employees on Oahu and the neighbor islands. The Commission’s training schedule is published below. Additional classes may be added to the schedule throughout the year.

The ethics training classes will provide an overview of the state ethics laws that apply to all state employees. Topics will include conflicts of interests; gifts and the reporting of gifts; confidential information; misuse of official position; and post-employment restrictions.

Classes are open to all state employees and there is no fee to attend. Online registration for each class will begin approximately one month before the training date.
